1. Business Communication
Business communication is a form of technical writing designed to be informative and straightforward; readers should glean
all the necessary information from a single document. Varieties of business communication include emails, memos, reports, etc.
2. Productivity
Productivity is in the workplace is how well someone can produce results within a given task. It’s using time wisely and looking for more effective ways to complete assignments.
3. Network
A network is an interconnected group of professionals and aspiring professionals who share the same specialized interests and goals. One’s network may serve as a means to finding a mentor, applying for a job, or connecting with more professionals.
4. Work-life Balance
Having a work-life balance means eight hours of the day is dedicated to work and the remainder is time spent engaging in hobbies, playing with family, or taking a “you” day. Having a healthy work-life balance is believed to contribute to fewer cases of employee burnout.
5. Heterogeneity.
Heterogeneity as it relates to the work-place is a diverse group of individuals who make up a team. Each person has unique traits and brings perspective to the table to help address all sides of a problem.
6. Prestige
Having prestige is gaining respect in the minds of others. It’s being granted influence and authority to act credibly on behalf of a team. A prestigious person is usually a reliable leader figure who works efficiently and pays keen attention to detail.
